Cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours before the start of the tour. Cancellations made after this period may not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Process

If eligible for a refund, the amount will be processed and credited to your original method of payment. Refunds can take up to 7-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Refundable Services

Certain services such as non-refundable deposits or customized tours may not be eligible for refunds.

Damaged or Delayed Services

If the services provided are significantly different from what was booked, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund. Please contact us immediately to resolve the issue.
