1. Chittorgarh Fort

It was the capital of the Mewar kingdom under the Sisodia dynasty during the 8th and 16th century.

The fort was attacked three times and it was saved by the Rajput warriors. The fort is constructed in the Solanki style of architecture. The fort is a world heritage site and is famous for the Jauhar of Rani Padmini.

2. Kirti Stambh

The Kirti Stambh was made in the 15th century and is situated inside the Chittorgarh fort. It was dedicated to the first Tirthankara of Jainism, Rishabha. It is one of the ancient towers that was built by Rana Kumbha to celebrate his victory over the Khilji Dynasty. It is based on the Solanki architectural style and is famous for intricate carvings and designs.

3. Vijay Stambh

It is known as the victory tower that is nestled within the Chittorgarh Fort. The monument was established in 1448 by Rajput king Rana Kumbha of Mewar to celebrate his victory over the army of Mahmud Khalji. It is an imperial victorious building that is also recognized as one of the most historical monuments in India.

4. Rana Kumbha Palace

It is a heritage palace that is located inside the Chittorgarh Fort and it was rebuilt by Rana Kumbha after Bappa Rawal. It is the largest monument in the Chittorgarh fort. It is known as the heritage place that is located near the Vijay Stambh inside the Chittorgarh fort. The palace is known to be the finest example of Rajput’s architecture.

5. Padmini Palace

The palace was the royal residence of Rani Padmini. The palace is located amidst the water bodies. It is a majestic palace and historical monument that is related to the self-immolation of Rani Padmini during the siege of Chittorgarh by Alauddin Khilji. The monument stands as the symbol of courage and valor of Rani Padmini.

6. Meera Temple

The Meera temple is dedicated to Lord Krishna. It was made for Meera Bai who devoted her life to worshipping Lord Krishna. The temple is located inside the Chittorgarh Fort, where the statue of the Deity is made up of dark stone that depicts the dark skin tone of Lord Krishna. The temple was made up of the pink sandstone.

7. Kalika Mata Temple

The temple was built in the 8th century and was dedicated to Goddess Bhadrakali. This is one of the most significant pilgrimage sites in Chittorgarh. The architecture of the temple consists of the intricately carved ancient walls and pillars. It is believed to be one of the oldest and the oldest temples in the region.

8. Fateh Prakash Palace

It is a palace which is famous for its splendid architecture. The palace consists of numerous corridors and pillars. The palace was built under the reign of ruler of Mewar Maharaja Fateh Singh from 1885 to 1935. The palace was built in the 14th century. It is popular for the huge Lord Ganesh Idol, huge fountain, and some paintings.
